Private Party Return Policy
Returns are accepted on NON-CUSTOM products ONLY and in most cases we offer size exchange or store credit, and some cases (reach out to see if you qualify) we offer full refund. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, hygienic liners must be intact and included with your return. If we receive your order after 30 days, you can only exchange it for store credit. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted for any form of returns.
To process your return, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to get started. You will need your order number. Your order number can be found on either your email confirmation or packing slip, included in your order.
You can choose to return your item/s for store credit or exchange your item/s for another size or product of equal or lesser value. In certain cases we will offer a full refund (minus handling fees). This is typically only ff your gear arrived damaged or you got the wrong item. We also sometimes offer refunds on popular selling items.
If a refund is granted your refunds will only be processed once your package reaches our office. Please note that we can't process refunds more than 30 days after the date of shipment, so please keep that in mind.
Exchanges & store credit are for NON-CUSTOM ITEMS ONLY. Custom items are final sale only. Full refunds will only be offered in a case by case scenario, so please reach out to see if you qualify.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item had arrived damaged).
If a refund is issued, it will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account, as bank's processing times vary per establishment.
